
1、 Main structure:
Our company's DG type dedicated flow-through belt dryer consists of 10 components, including 1. feeder (extruder), 2. lower circulation unit, 3. upper circulation unit, 4. mesh belt, 5. transmission system, 6. steam heating system and condensation discharge system, 7. dehumidification system, 8. fire protection system, 9. sanitary material collection hopper, 10. interlock control system, etc.
2、 Working principle:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder (extruder), and the mesh belt is made of 5-24 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The dryer consists of several drying units, each with independent hot air circulation. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a specialized dehumidification fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, taking away the moisture of the materials. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature (frequency converter). The dried finished product continuously falls into the feeder. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the top circulation fan enters the side air duct and is heated by the heat exchanger before entering the lower chamber of the unit. After being distributed by the hot air distributor, it is blown towards the mesh belt. The air passes through the material and enters the upper chamber for circulation by the fan; The drying process involves the flow of hot air through the material layer, completing the transfer of heat and mass; The upper chamber is connected to the inlet of the air duct and fan, with most of the gas circulating and a portion of the gas with lower temperature and higher moisture content being discharged as exhaust gas through the exhaust duct, regulating valve, and dehumidification fan. In the lower circulation unit, the circulating fan sucks in hot air heated by the heat exchanger on the side, blows it towards the upper chamber of the unit, and distributes it through the hot air distributor before blowing it towards the material layer for heat transfer. Some of the air with lower temperature and higher humidity is discharged through the regulating valve and fan. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly matched according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
3、 Equipment characteristics:
1. Adjustable air volume, heating temperature, material residence time, and feeding speed to achieve the best drying effect;
2. Flexible equipment configuration, can use mesh belt flushing system and material cooling system;
3. Most of the hot air is recycled and highly energy-efficient;
4. The unique air distribution device of the upper and lower circulation units ensures uniform distribution of hot air and consistency of finished product quality;
5. Each unit has independent temperature control for 2 meters;
6. Each unit is equipped with inspection doors and hygiene material cleaning doors, which are very convenient to use;
7. The heat source can be steam, thermal oil, coal-fired (oil, gas) hot blast stove, etc;
8. Each unit of steam heat exchanger is equipped with a side compartment and a quick opening door for easy inspection of the heat exchanger;
